We were so excited by the restored simplicity of the new R 1200 R that it felt easy for us to tailor a classic outfit for it.
The classic styled half-fairing and colour scheme retains a certain racing feeling combined with a strong reduction of wind pressure. The upper body is less strained, which helps to maintain a high average speed on long distance rides. When riding in a normal seating position the head area is subjected to an even and turbulent free stream of air; duck a little bit behind the windshield and high speeds are not a problem anymore!

Inspired by the legendary R 90 S and the R 100 CS, a modern classic has been created.

The fairing is made of lightweight but strong ABS silver coloured plastic material. The basic “Silver” version plastic is coated with a high gloss layer that gives the panels a paint-like quality. It can be mounted without further treatment, or you can get it painted by your local paint shop. Alternatively we offer several versions already painted with some of the popular BMW colours.

Sold completely with all parts needed, for use with the original indicators. TÜV approved. Easy to fit.
